CleanShot Privacy Policy

CleanShot End User Authorization Agreement for Mobile Client Software
This End User Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you, the end user, and the CleanShot mobile client software. By installing or using the software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. User Personal Privacy Information Protection

Scope of Application

When using the software network service, CleanShot will not collect or store any personal information from your mobile device. The app does not access or record personal identifiers, contact lists, photos, messages, browsing history, health data, or any similar private content.

Limited access permissions (such as storage access) may be requested solely for the purpose of cleaning temporary files or cache and will not be used for any other purposes.

2. Use of Information

Since CleanShot does not collect personal information, no personal data will be uploaded or transmitted to any server. All cleaning operations occur locally on your device, and no user-related information leaves your phone.

3. Information Disclosure

CleanShot does not share, sell, or disclose any user information to third parties. No information will be provided to administrative, judicial, or commercial entities. Because the software does not collect personal data, there is no stored data available for disclosure.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

The CleanShot software is protected by copyright laws and related intellectual property regulations. All rights are owned by CleanShot. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or reproducing any part of the software without authorization.

5. Software Certification

The official CleanShot app can only be downloaded and distributed through authorized platforms (such as the App Store or Google Play). Users are advised to download from official channels to ensure integrity, safety, and effectiveness.

6. Function Upgrade

CleanShot may provide updates or improvements to enhance user experience and device performance. All updates are verified to ensure they do not contain malicious code, do not track user activity, and do not compromise user privacy.

7. Rules of Use

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing network security, software use, and intellectual property protection. The software may not be used for any unlawful or harmful activities.

8. Voluntary Installation and Uninstall Rights

Users have the right to install or uninstall CleanShot at any time. All consequences resulting from uninstallation (such as deletion of app data or cleaning records) are the user’s responsibility.

9. Termination

If the user violates this Agreement, the authorization to use CleanShot will be terminated immediately. Upon termination, the user must stop using the software and delete all copies of it.

10. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where CleanShot operates.
